0:00 Hello everyone, welcome to another SEO roast. 0:03 I'll be taking a look at a website that I use for SEO roast itself. 0:08 It's part of our affiliate program. 0:09 If you scroll all the way down, you'll find ours. 0:13 We have an affiliate program where we offer 30% for everyone who buys one of our tools 0:18 packages. 0:20 So all of our tools are available here and you can buy credit. 0:23 And if you get a sale, or if you can recommend someone using our affiliate program, we'll 0:28 give you 30% of that. 0:30 Otherwise, if you promote our orders, like our SEO audit that Daniel bought for Tolt, 0:38 we will also give you 30%. 0:40 So this could be a public video audit or a private video audit. 0:43 It doesn't matter. 0:45 Both are eligible. 0:46 So let's take a look at who we're reviewing today. 0:51 It's as I mentioned, Tolt.io. 0:53 They're an affiliate marketing software specifically made for SaaS startups. 0:59 So they are one of the better tools that I've found that works with this. 1:03 It works very simple. 1:04 You can connect your Stripe account or other software that connects with them, and then 1:12 you get an affiliate portal and you're able to track everyone who comes through that portal 1:18 and pays you a percentage through an affiliate link. 1:23 Usually those affiliate links have a question mark ref equals the partner, some type of 1:29 ID that you have, and works really well. 1:32 We love it. 1:33 And we recommended a lot of people who are also doing a SEO that they should get an affiliate 1:39 software that they use similar to Tolt. 1:42 I'll add a link to Tolt as well in the description so you can sign up and take a look at it. 1:48 It works really well. 1:49 And it's one of the best ways to do marketing for your SaaS startup because you can, once 1:56 you can promote your tool in multiple ways, you can get more referrals to your tool in 2:01 multiple ways. 2:03 It works. 2:04 It's really useful. 2:05 Definitely. 2:06 For example, if you're getting links, you're using a tool like linkdi.com where you send 2:11 people emails and ask for a backlink. 2:14 If you have an affiliate program, people might be more inclined to link back to you 2:19 because you can say, hey, I will give you a 20% of every sale. 2:23 Can you just add us to your listicle? 2:25 For example, if you have a listicle on the best affiliate marketing software, if you 2:29 look for something like this, usually those listicles start with best. 2:34 For example, Shopify best affiliate marketing software, G2 Post Affiliate, or the first 2:41 article that we find, Adam Connell has an article on 12 best affiliate marketing networks 2:46 and platforms for your SaaS. 2:48 So they talk about ShareASale, they talk about PartnerStack, they talk about Arun, 2:57 Amazon Associates, Walmart Affiliates, Rakuten, CJ, they're a bit older, Butter Pepper Jam, 3:07 Appengate. 3:08 I don't really like this list. 3:11 It works definitely well, but I don't think it's a good list for SaaS. 3:16 So maybe that's something that we can add. 3:18 If we add SaaS in the end, we see a little bit of a different list. 3:23 We see Rewardful coming up quite often. 3:25 Rewardful is one of the bigger ones, and we also see Told over here. 3:29 We probably want to compare in just a few minutes how both of these work. 3:35 SaaS affiliate programs, here they are looking for platforms that use a type of affiliate 3:43 program. 3:44 So these are not the targets. 3:46 The problem is someone who is looking for an affiliate program or a SaaS affiliate program 3:50 doesn't mean that they're looking for software. 3:53 So it's annoying, for example, here we search for affiliate software, but it's giving us 3:58 again affiliate programs that you can join, not a software to use for affiliate. 4:04 That's tricky and annoying. 4:07 Let's see. 4:08 So we have a bunch of these examples over here. 4:11 What we can start in doing is opening up Told itself in Ahrefs and seeing what we can find. 4:18 So they have a high domain rating of 72. 4:21 The reason for that is it's one of the best ways to get traffic. 4:26 For example, Rewardful itself has 73. 4:29 I would think this is one of their biggest competitors. 4:32 If you compare them side by side, Told has quite a bit, has almost the same amount of 4:38 referring domains. 4:39 That's really good. 4:40 That's what you want to look at because it's individual domains that are linking back to 4:45 you instead of just the total. 4:47 The total seems a bit random because probably some random website has just a million links 4:52 to them, but it doesn't mean that they're individual links. 4:56 So that's not something you can really control or do anything with. 5:00 For organic search, we see that we have for Told 522 keywords and 482 traffic, which is 5:07 okay, but Rewardful has about a 10x or a 4x on the amount of keywords and a 10x on 5:15 the amount of traffic. 5:16 They also do paid search. 5:18 So they have keywords and traffic that they're bidding on, and it's useful to see what type 5:23 of pages they bid on and what type of keywords they bid on. 5:29 For example, here we see that they're bidding on partner stack affiliate program, which 5:33 is good, and for the on-brand name. 5:37 Rewardful affiliate system, switch to Rewardful, affiliate tracking for Stripe. 5:43 Affiliate tracking for Stripe is good. 5:45 Affiliate tracking for SaaS is good. 5:47 These seem to work for them quite well. 5:49 We can also look at the paid keywords. 5:52 This gives us a list of the keywords that they think are super valuable, so much valuable 5:56 that they are willing to spend money on this. 5:59 So SaaS affiliate program, affiliate marketing links, referral tracking, referral marketing 6:04 system, referral reward for pricing, Stripe affiliate marketing, and referral tracking 6:10 program. 6:11 So these are some of the top ones. 6:13 We can copy this list over and drop it into the keyword explorer to take a further look 6:20 at this. 6:21 So here we have all of them, and then something that is interesting is we can see that who 6:29 has the traffic shared by this list. 6:31 There is a quick way to see who is also competing in this and which articles we can find. 6:37 For example, we see that Rewardful.com, GetRewardful.com, which is similar to Twitter, partner stack 6:43 because they're bidding on their competitors, and also YouTube. 6:47 The YouTube is interesting because that means that if we have similar YouTube capabilities, 6:55 so we're able to produce a video, something simple like recording yourself, you can make 7:01 a similar video to this. 7:02 For example, here, affiliate dashboard, how to create and use it. 7:07 You can make something with this. 7:08 How to make money with partner stack affiliate program. 7:12 This one, how to make passive income, property and partner stack. 7:16 So some of the videos about partner stack in here. 7:18 Affiliate marketing links, affiliate course, version affiliate. 7:23 So some of these are potential videos you could make to also rank for these keywords. 7:29 Otherwise, we have Reddit as well. 7:32 That is very useful because it helps us find more communities that we can market in. 7:37 So here, if we do a quick check, we see that we have affiliate marketing over here. 7:42 Affiliate marketing, SaaS, affiliate marketing, SaaS. 7:49 So mostly SaaS and affiliate marketing and restaurant, which is not relevant, and Shopify 7:54 for some of them. 7:56 So for these keywords that they're bidding on, that's the list that we get. 7:59 Based on this, we can actually do something like here, copy over this list, and then we 8:07 have also like a lot of keywords that we could use that is Reddit SEO. 8:11 I'll prepare this so we can go through this a little bit later. 8:15 But meanwhile, we can check further for the top pages for dolt.io. 8:21 They've been growing for the last two years, or one year, and they seem to be growing steadily. 8:27 Although it's not like a huge spike. 8:30 If we compare this to a competitor like rewardful.com, we can also check their top pages, which is 8:40 a very useful thing because we see that they were, at this point, we're told that about 8:49 a year ago, and now they've been growing a bit more exponentially. 8:53 We can compare this like here and see where exactly that growth came from. 8:58 So here we see that their top changes have been mostly getting this keyword affiliate 9:04 software. 9:05 So they went from position 13 to position one, and they went from affiliate marketing 9:10 software to position 14 to position one. 9:13 So they really captured this keyword specifically, which you gave them the most traffic over 9:18 here. 9:20 So affiliate marketing software, we can open those keywords up, affiliate management software, 9:25 referral program ideas, and so on. 9:28 One thing that we can do as a check in a bit is comparing which of these keywords overlap. 9:35 So first for a dolt, we have dolt itself as a keyword, so a bunch of people look for this. 9:42 And also for affiliate software. 9:43 So we can see that we have the same keywords already, we'll be just in the lower position. 9:49 We want to get this position a little bit higher, and that's quite difficult because 9:54 that is not just adding a keyword or writing a new blog post, it's really focusing in a 10:01 competitive way to aim for your best keyword. 10:04 And that's quite a tricky process. 10:07 It's not always clear exactly how to do it. 10:09 Is it more backlinks? 10:10 Is it more better on-page SEO? 10:13 Is it more brand marketing? 10:16 And so on. 10:17 But I found a few ways to go about that. 10:19 So I would focus on that actually. 10:23 So we have a few blog posts. 10:25 The traffic drops off here quite quickly. 10:27 That's something you can see. 10:28 So we have a lot of traffic here for the homepage, and then we have a little bit of traffic for 10:32 the blog. 10:33 Open source affiliate software. 10:34 They're one of the first ones where they talk about the top two affiliate marketing 10:41 software, which is Reflio and Raider. 10:43 Not super useful, but okay. 10:46 It's still good to have the traffic. 10:49 So Stripe affiliate program. 10:50 This is also very relevant and very useful. 10:52 The cost per click is quite decent. 10:54 Does Stripe have an affiliate program? 10:56 It's potentially either people looking for how to promote Stripe to other customers or 11:02 how to set something up. 11:03 So this gate is really good for them. 11:06 Let me do a quick check on here on the on-page. 11:09 The one thing that we check for the host toolbar is the overall display statistic. 11:15 So if we want to rank higher for this, we see that we don't have that many backlinks 11:19 yet. 11:20 You want to maybe add a few backlinks to this page. 11:23 The thing that we check for title and description are very simple. 11:27 Does this make sense? 11:28 Yes. 11:29 It looks good. 11:30 The description looks good. 11:31 It's all green. 11:33 The first heading is not a H1. 11:34 That's something that you can fix. 11:35 You shouldn't use headers for your navigation. 11:38 These are meant for your content. 11:40 So that's something that you want to fix. 11:43 Otherwise, this looks decent and not specifically dramatic in any way or useful. 11:50 We can check also the SERP titles. 11:52 If we see something that really title is too long, we can also propose a fix. 11:57 But here, everything looks mostly good. 12:00 They're quite small titles, as you can see. 12:03 Voice Toys affiliate program. 12:04 These are like customers using them, Job Bolt, Bolt, and so on. 12:09 Heroes is not there, but still. 12:12 And affordable. 12:13 What for alternative? 12:15 This seems to work quite well. 12:17 Their alternative pages are very high quality, and this gives them the best traffic. 12:21 Position A, 2, and 17. 12:24 I would actually really focus on this, because this seems to be going well, so that it makes 12:29 sense to double down on this. 12:31 If we specifically filter on the alternative pages, we see that your traffic has been growing 12:35 well for these. 12:37 And they get a decent amount of traffic. 12:39 One thing that we could check is the backlinks. 12:42 For example, on all your alternative pages as a wildcard, you only have one backlink 12:47 here specifically. 12:49 So that's something you can 100% sure improve. 12:54 If we check the volume for all your competitors, the top one is Rewardful, Affiliate, Partner 13:01 Static, Affiliate Program, Competitors, people looking for photos, Revenue, Sign-On, Stripe 13:08 Hound Affiliate Program, sure. 13:11 So leave that as an alternative. 13:13 Here we find a lot of guys over here after a while, but still, it's nice to be able to 13:19 rank on Rewardful. 13:20 But yes, if we check Share, also on this page, we only have the one backlink to this page, 13:26 which is some Amazon thing, decent. 13:30 But actually, what I would do is aim to get backlinks to all of your alternative pages, 13:37 because these are working quite well. 13:38 We want to push those up just a little bit higher. 13:42 That's my suggestion. 13:44 So I'd like to check backlinks for your blog. 13:46 I think you only have mostly stuff on your blog, on your homepage, which is getting you 13:51 all in traffic, but your blog is suffering from that. 13:54 It doesn't really rank. 13:55 That's why the positions are not that high. 13:56 So the first one. 13:57 So you want to distribute the amount of links that you send, because all your million or 14:03 600 domains, they are sending backlinks only to your homepage, as far as I can see. 14:09 And then the login, and of course, the people using them. 14:13 So you want to spread that equity in some way, because here we have the Powered by Thought. 14:18 This is giving you the juice to go back, to spread that juice from that customer to your 14:27 subdomain, back to your homepage. 14:30 So that is something that you want to make sure that you offer. 14:40 One potential thing you can improve for your conversion rate here is you, if you have something 14:45 that, for example, is quite famous, for example, you can see, okay, Tattoos.ai, I know them. 14:54 They have an affiliate program. 14:56 And then in the end, you have a Powered by Thought. 14:59 You can actually detect in your homepage, if you use something like Next.js, and you 15:04 can detect that this person is coming from Tattoos by using the ETM source. 15:09 And now you can have a banner in the top where it says something like, Tattoos.ai is using 15:14 Told for affiliate marketing. 15:17 You should use it too. 15:19 Here's a coupon or something, because that could improve your conversion rate by quite 15:23 a bit. 15:24 We did something similar for IndiePage. 15:26 You would, if you click here through MagicSpace, you will have the referral, right? 15:32 Someone from IndiePage gets a ref link, and then you can detect that it's being sent. 15:38 And here, only for this ref, I show like a tweet by Mark that he posted about MagicSpace. 15:43 But if you go to this page without it, you will just see the standard logos. 15:48 So that's actually something clever that you could try that could improve your conversion 15:52 rate just a little bit by getting all these people linking back to you and potentially 15:58 visiting the traffic. 15:59 That would be clever. 16:02 So let's continue. 16:04 We have affiliate marketing software. 16:06 We have affiliate software, affiliate management software. 16:09 I feel like they're the same. 16:10 The parent topic is affiliate software each time. 16:13 So we can come back to this later. 16:16 But here are some tips for keyword research. 16:19 If you're still stuck, I saw you have a few blog posts. 16:21 But you probably want to have more. 16:23 So how would I go about finding these? 16:26 The first one that is super useful is using Reddit. 16:31 You can see what types of keywords that affiliate marketing is ranking for. 16:37 For all the subreddits, here's about 30,000 traffic, 1,600 pages. 16:43 You can see that people are talking about ghost commerce, affiliate marketing websites. 16:48 These are where do you find good affiliate offers, not super useful. 16:51 How to start affiliate marketing, very useful article. 16:56 Because you could say like, how do you start affiliate marketing? 16:59 Let's take a look. 17:00 It's, well, you use Shopify or you use How to Start Affiliate Marketing from Beginners, 17:07 Locate Remember, Ahrefs, here's the Reddit blog post. 17:11 You can always write a comment, except this one is locked. 17:16 But you could say, you could see, for example, if someone is talking about it, how do you 17:21 start affiliate marketing? 17:22 These are all archived. 17:23 How do you start marketing? 17:24 Ah, these are all archived. 17:25 That makes sense. 17:27 So you have a few. 17:28 If it wasn't, you could write a comment. 17:30 Otherwise, you could rather make a video or pay one of these people so you could contact 17:35 Central Media and ask him to write a comment or to find their contact details by going 17:43 here and have more. 17:45 Find the email address, fill this in, and you'll be able to find the email. 17:49 Just write to them and say, hey, I built Tolt, would you want to promote us for affiliate 17:54 marketing? 17:55 We could give you a percentage with a special coupon code. 17:58 So that works really well, and it's a basis for LinkDR, finding all these potential influences. 18:04 So Shopify, Hostinger, Becomers, you could have your own blog post here. 18:10 Just make it super useful. 18:12 And because people are looking for this, you could also promote it on Reddit and your newsletter. 18:17 Maybe when people sign up to Tolt, you could give a free ebook or guide or video course 18:23 that says something like, here's how to start affiliate marketing, how to make more sales, 18:27 some tips on making brand assets, some tips on how to promote your affiliate program, 18:33 what to email people, and so on. 18:34 So this could be a potentially useful guide to get more people to actually implement your 18:40 software because if they implement your software and don't churn, they will keep buying and 18:45 you will have a really good recurring revenue. 18:48 So TikTok Shop Affiliate, Dave Sharp Reviews, Digistore, Legendary Marketer Scam, Affiliate 18:54 Marketing on Pinterest, also a good one. 18:57 How do you do it? 18:58 It's the same type of people, Central, Shopify, Reddit, same ideas apply, you can buy traffic. 19:06 You have the best affiliate marketing programs. 19:10 These are also things that you can join as specifically the tools. 19:14 Is affiliate marketing worth it? 19:16 Good question. 19:17 Where to promote affiliate links, digital affiliate marketing, Clickbank alternatives, 19:23 affiliate marketing success. 19:24 There's affiliate marketing word. 19:25 As you can see, there's like a goldmine of all different types of keywords and because 19:30 we are sorting them by page, for example, make money with pay-per-click, there's a lot 19:35 of keywords that have variations in here. 19:37 They are grouped and clustered by in the page, so you really don't have to do the effort 19:42 of figuring out which groups of keywords you have to do. 19:46 You can just export this list, drop it into Google Sheets or something. 19:52 I'll send this over to you or include it in the report and you can follow this one specifically 19:58 and then write some stuff there. 20:01 Let's do this quickly. 20:04 Let's remove this one, just call this one keyword volume and here boom and just add 20:14 a column like done and yeah, you can just focus on these keywords for the next by an 20:22 item if you're interested. 20:25 This gives you a rundown. 20:28 One thing that you can also do is reuse this list, put it into the keyword file and then 20:35 we will also know more keywords potentially. 20:40 Here we have high-tech affiliate marketing sorted by the amount of keywords and this 20:45 gives us a little bit more stuff to play with and this could also be, again, a next step 20:51 based on this of which keywords to implement on your blog or it depends, kind of. 20:58 For example, if you have some keywords, they could either be a blog, they could either 21:04 be something else, so KD, volume, cost-per-click, CPS, we don't really care about, parent keyword 21:12 we can skip, global volume we can skip as well. 21:17 So this is a quick list, KD, volume and so on. 21:26 So you can work on this list as well and see, for example, which one you want to add, how 21:30 to start that. 21:32 Affiliate marketing with no money, good question because we're all broke. 21:35 So if we have this list, one thing that we can check is related terms just in case. 21:42 So we have more keywords, affiliate marketing is big, Amazon Associates is big, search suggestions, 21:51 similar results by domain. 21:55 So a big list again and using this, all the keywords that we got from Reddit to figure 22:01 out which other domains rank for those keywords that have an overlap with Reddit, useful and 22:06 it's going to be potentially a big list. 22:08 It's probably going to be Shopify, Reddit and some other websites. 22:11 So Reddit is number one, of course, because that's where we got the keywords from and 22:15 surprisingly the share is 9%, it could be higher. 22:18 So Shopify actually really focuses on affiliate marketing because they also get a lot of these 22:23 traffic and they have like half of the keywords that Reddit also has. 22:26 YouTube is big because it also makes sense. 22:29 Sephora because people are talking about Sephora skincare, makeup, beauty affiliate programs, 22:35 those are from Reddit. 22:37 So this one for Blacklinko, health and fitness, fitness affiliate programs, high-paying affiliate 22:44 programs, Quora, GetResponse is going to be like a link building tool of some kind. 22:51 HeartRater landing page, high-traffic page, solo ads. 22:56 Why I'm going to this domain list? 22:58 Because sometimes you find interesting websites. 23:00 For example, ClickBank, they got blocked by Ublock for me, but you really can't see based 23:08 on this list who is also competing for all of these keywords. 23:12 It doesn't make sense to copy stuff from Blacklinko or Shopify because they do everything. 23:17 But ClickBank specifically to me seems like worth following because they are also an affiliate 23:24 marketing hub. 23:25 They have a high domain rating. 23:26 They have a bunch of backlinks. 23:27 So we could also check their top backlinks, filter on the best links only. 23:34 And then we get a nice list of people talking about ClickBank. 23:39 It's made a complete guide to affiliate marketing. 23:42 And this is one really useful way that you have in Linkedin and other tools soon. 23:47 And that's figuring out and exporting this list. 23:51 So we can export this list for the top affiliates for a bank. 23:57 And then we can email everyone here as well. 24:00 And tell people, hey, I saw you are... 24:03 I won't share this, but you can check yourself maybe. 24:06 But you could email Neil Patel and say, hey, I saw you have an article on the complete 24:10 guide to affiliate marketing. 24:12 I see you recommend ClickBank. 24:13 Can you recommend us as well, Tolt? 24:16 Also, 2ET Handcarrier with email marketing. 24:19 DevNegotiator, 20 programs. 24:22 7 Best Affiliate Marketing Courses. 24:24 Super useful, super valuable. 24:26 You want to be in this list. 24:27 You want to be mentioned here. 24:30 So here's Amazon Associates. 24:32 Here's a bunch of other people. 24:34 ClickBank. 24:35 Why is not? 24:35 Why isn't Tolt here yet, right? 24:38 Because probably he didn't send an email yet. 24:40 A quick way, I'll show you how to do it. 24:43 You click on the person. 24:45 You try to figure out like where they are. 24:48 And you can send a message over here. 24:50 If you have something like this and you can say, Tolt, hey, I just saw that I'm trying 24:58 to get backlinks for Tolt.io about to get traffic for Tolt.io. 25:07 And affiliate software as well. 25:11 Tag AllenLib. 25:13 And see if she were interested. 25:17 This is a really bad email, but better nothing. 25:19 Yeah, you can. 25:20 I'll just send it and reply if they send anything. 25:23 Yeah, why not, right? 25:27 So that's a quick way to do it. 25:28 Otherwise, a slow way to do it could be contact as well. 25:34 Find them here. 25:35 Send them, fill in the entire form. 25:37 Could be super well. 25:39 Or you can use something like LinkDR. 25:41 For existing affiliates, use this, right? 25:44 So that's a nice way. 25:46 E-marketing, easiest way. 25:48 Using legal ways to make extra money fast. 25:51 They're talking about Clickbank. 25:53 They should also be talking about Tolt. 25:56 GetResponse, affiliate marketing courses, and so on. 26:00 Very useful list, right? 26:01 As you can see, that's why we focus on best links only. 26:04 Actually made an entire website about this. 26:06 That sends people that get you these types of links more. 26:10 And we've worked together with all of these people like Thibault, 26:13 or Brian, Mark, to get those really nice top 0.1% of links 26:19 by emailing people. 26:20 Doing what I just did, but better. 26:22 Because I only have a few minutes. 26:24 So keep going. 26:26 But yeah, I think we've run through the big list to have impact. 26:30 One thing that I want to do as well before we wrap up 26:34 is doing the competitive analysis here. 26:37 So if you have something like Tolt.io, 26:40 and we can add an impact. 26:42 We can add, this is something I'll send to you in a bit. 26:47 We can add shareasale.com. 26:50 We can add partnerstack.com. 26:56 We can add, I don't know who this was. 27:00 Amazon, Walmart now, Rakuten now, CJ now, Partnerized now. 27:04 Let's keep this list simple, revoidful. 27:09 And then the affiliate. 27:14 That's about it. 27:15 So now what we're doing is we're looking at all the keywords 27:18 that Tolt.io has, which is okay-ish. 27:21 And all the keywords in impact, shareasale, partnerstack, 27:23 revoidful, and affiliate have. 27:25 And we match them across each other. 27:27 So here we're looking at keywords that you potentially have, 27:30 but also at least two competitors in this list 27:34 have them as well. 27:35 So this gives us a very direct and specific list of keywords. 27:40 Here we see that there is a bunch of keywords 27:43 that are interesting. 27:44 So the top one here is affiliate software, 27:46 affiliate marketing software, health affiliate software, 27:49 prevent abuse, and so on. 27:52 That's the same. 27:53 Not a huge, useful list. 27:55 This link intersect shows us all the domains 27:59 that they're listed on. 28:01 So they're listed on GitHub, Medium, Besprout, 28:03 Diversion, Pitchfork. 28:05 And if you try out LinkDR and get a demo of something, 28:09 you can make a deal with Reconnex for this list 28:11 and email everyone using LinkDR as well. 28:14 One final thing that we mentioned, 28:18 but we have a primary keyword like affiliate marketing 28:21 software. 28:22 I know you are supposed to be in this list, 28:25 but not in this list, 28:27 but you are rare for a word who is here. 28:30 But I saw in one of those results that, 28:32 oh, there's not that far. 28:34 Okay, you are here on this page too. 28:36 How do you get higher? 28:37 One way that I realized that works is figuring out 28:41 how to get in here first 28:44 and finding ways to get more listicles about you. 28:49 So for example, one way that Google works 28:51 is you can click here in the triple dot. 28:53 We see about the source 28:55 and we can then check about more information. 28:58 And we see that Google really likes that search is talking 29:02 and using the source's name. 29:03 So you want to get more citations like this. 29:06 We want to be on G2. 29:07 We want to be on product talent. 29:09 You want to get more reviews, 29:11 people talking about you 29:13 and potentially also people giving you, 29:18 here in this list we can see people making comparisons. 29:22 For example, here if we check Revoidful, 29:26 we see that they have a position on the listicle Shopify, 29:30 Shopify, Shopify, influencer marketing and so on. 29:34 So how to get higher and be promoted more 29:37 and a higher position in Google, 29:39 especially in a competitive keyword? 29:40 You want to be listed in more articles like this. 29:44 87 DR, super high value, 29:46 affluence, 29:47 they're talking about Revoidful at number six, 29:52 not nothing, 29:53 but they're not talking about told. 29:54 So you do want to do whatever it takes to get in this list. 29:58 This could be, especially for a high difficulty page, 30:02 this could be complex. 30:04 It might be email. 30:05 It might also be figuring out how to find someone on the team. 30:11 It might be like stalking everyone on LinkedIn, 30:14 like Koba, 30:16 figuring out the LinkedIn, 30:17 sending a message, 30:18 maybe even finding a phone number and calling. 30:21 Yeah, I don't know, 30:22 but it's not easy, 30:24 but it's definitely worth it. 30:25 Find some contacts, 30:28 make some ability to reach out, 30:30 ask them for a review. 30:31 Also here on Shopify, 30:33 it's super hard to get in Shopify. 30:35 You can't just send an email. 30:37 It's quite hard to contact people. 30:38 So you want to figure out how to reach Michael Keenan 30:42 to send them some type of message, 30:45 figure out some type of deal. 30:47 Also get listed there 30:48 because being able to be listed here 30:50 is one of the most high value things you can do. 30:54 The other thing, 30:55 if you can't get into those top ones, 30:58 you want to make sure that you get more best links only 31:01 that for example, 31:02 Rewardful has, 31:03 the list that we showed you before, 31:05 but also do this for all the other pages. 31:08 For example, 31:09 Affiliate also has 25 million backlinks. 31:12 We'll have filter on best links only. 31:14 Those are like some standard filters, 31:17 for example, 31:18 Stripe, 31:18 affiliate marketing strategies. 31:21 And you really want to aim for this best links only 31:24 to get mentioned here. 31:25 And ideally there should be listed codes 31:27 like the top 10 affiliate marketing software for SaaS. 31:30 And you want to get more mentions 31:32 in those specific positions. 31:34 And one final thing, 31:36 you want to train Google about what your software is. 31:41 For example, 31:42 if we have understandings like here, 31:47 we understand that Google has some type of algo 31:51 about what it is, right? 31:53 So all in one, 31:54 help SaaS startups to run affiliate 31:57 and more referral programs. 31:58 So it will learn this type of stuff after a while, 32:02 which you want to do is see if you have, 32:06 let me check your backlinks, 32:10 best links only. 32:13 So 17 best affiliate marketing software. 32:18 You want to keep those lists small. 32:20 So Rewardful Stripe is, 32:23 so the sentence you want to be linked in 32:26 is like very simple. 32:27 Rewardful Stripe is a straightforward way 32:29 to set up affiliate and referral programs. 32:31 So it's in the same sentence 32:33 and it has all the words affiliate and programs. 32:36 Next one designed for combating affiliate programs, 32:40 okay-ish, 32:41 but often what helps is a very simple thing 32:44 like this is perfect. 32:46 TOLT, maybe you can remove Stripe 32:48 verified partner in the future, 32:50 but it could be like TOLT is an affiliate program. 32:53 And after a while, 32:54 Google will understand like what is TOLT, 32:56 it's an affiliate marketing software. 32:58 And that way you get listed in these sources. 33:01 So that's what we've been trying to do 33:04 for these extremely competitive cases and keywords. 33:07 We want to be higher. 33:09 It takes a while, 33:10 but you want to focus on really like the top links 33:13 and listicles that have traffic 33:16 or are affiliate themselves. 33:17 So if you are an affiliate, 33:19 of course you have, 33:20 I know you have your own affiliate program 33:22 that you want to try to email people, 33:25 get listed in those high value listicles 33:27 and get a little bit more mentions and backlinks. 33:30 And it will move up your most high value keyword 33:33 higher and higher. 33:35 But meanwhile, 33:36 while you're doing that, 33:37 also focus on the blog posts 33:39 and focus on the small, 33:41 normal backlinks for your blog posts 33:43 and your alternative pages. 33:45 And that will give you more traffic overall. 33:47 But of course the highest conversion rates 33:49 will be for your main keyword, 33:51 which you want to focus on getting those best links 33:54 and so on. 33:55 So this has been like double the length 33:58 that I usually do. 33:59 So I hope this is helpful 34:00 and sorry for the long delay. 34:02 I just got the lightning set up 34:05 and the stuff in a new place that I'm living. 34:08 So it took a while. 34:10 So thank you so much. 34:11 All right. 34:12 Good luck.
