Agreement

By accessing or using SEO Roast at seoroast.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

SEO Roast provides video SEO audits, educational content, tools, and related features for founders and teams. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or business outcomes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' access.
  • Use automated means to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.
  • Resell or redistribute audit deliverables or tools in breach of your plan or our written permission.

Orders, payments, and subscriptions

Paid products and subscriptions are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. We may change prices with reasonable notice where applicable.

Intellectual property

The Service, including branding, software, and content we create, is owned by SEO Roast or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain rights to materials you submit; you grant us a license to use those materials as needed to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEO ADVICE AND AUDITS ARE INFORMATIONAL; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND COMPLIANCE DECISIONS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO ROAST AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify SEO Roast against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SEO Roast's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
